Milan, March 31, 2022 – Prelios Agency, the Prelios Group real estate advisory and consultancy, acted as advisor for Central SICAF S.p.A. on the sale of a portfolio of telephone exchanges.
The assets – leased by a leading telecommunications operator – are located across Italy, notably in the regions of Piedmont and Basilicata, and were sold to an international investor for an overall amount of 45.1 million euro.
