Prelios Group bases its activity on respect for the values and principles contained in his Code of Ethics, in the belief that ethics in the conduct of business should be pursued in conjunction with the success of the company. The Code of Ethics, as integral and substantial part of the Organisation, Management and Control Model adopted by the Group companies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, has been updated over the years to integrate it with the values gradually shared by the Group.
The Code of Ethics represents the general principles that inspire the conduct of business, as well as the objectives and values on which company activity is based. The document contains the principles and rules of conduct acknowledged by the Group, which must guide the behaviour of all recipients.
The Code of Ethics was communicated to all workers, and also published on the company Intranet and on Prelios's website (www.prelios.com), in the “Corporate Governance” section for the wider community.
