The Shareholders’ Meeting is considered to be the best place for the Company to create a productive, effective relationship with its shareholders. The meeting is the best forum for the direct exchange of ideas, with shareholder requests for information being duly met within the bounds of complying with rules on price sensitive information.

The proper formation of the Shareholders’ Meeting and the validity of its resolutions are governed by law. The proceedings of Shareholders’ Meetings are governed by law, the Articles of Association, and the Rules for Shareholders’ Meetings (published on the Website), approved by resolution of the ordinary shareholders’ meeting. These rules seek to ensure that ordinary and extraordinary shareholders’ meetings are conducted in an orderly, effective manner and that each shareholder is entitled to speak on the matters on the agenda.
