He joined the Prelios Group in 2006, progressively expanding his responsibilities: from 2011 he led the Residential & Public Sector Business Unit, from 2016 the Value Added, Core Plus, Alternative Investments and Public Sector strategies, and from 2017 he served as Head of Business Development, Fund Raising & Fund Management. Since 2020 he has held the role of Head of Fund Management, overseeing the Group's entire fund and SICAF platform, the development of new real estate and credit vehicles, and relationships with leading Italian and international institutional investors, including pension funds, sovereign funds, banks and insurance companies.
Prior to joining Prelios, he worked as Financial Controller at Warner Music Italia - AOL Time Warner Group.
He has been a member of the General Council of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare since 2019 and an Advisory Board Member of the ABC Department (Architecture, Built Environment and Construction Engineering) at Politecnico di Milano since 2023.
He holds an Executive MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano, graduating with honours, and a degree in Business Administration - Corporate Finance from Bocconi University.
Nicola Sajeva

In Prelios SGR since October 2016, he currently holds the role of Director Asset Management.
From 2015 to 2016 Nicola worked at Intesa Sanpaolo Group participating in the startup project for the management of bank non-performing loans in the real estate sector and previously, from 2015 to 2016, he was Head of Fund Management Office in Prelios SGR.
In 2007 he joined Generali Real Estate as an analyst where he remained until 2014 progressively assuming the role of Asset Manager, Fund Manager and Head of the Dynamic Portfolio business unit.
From 2006 to 2007 Nicola worked as a real estate consultant in REAG S.p.A. following international projects with offices in Paris and Madrid.
He started his professional career in 2004 in Stelline Servizi Immobiliari S.p.A., a real estate company of the Credito Valtellinese Group.
He graduated from Milan Polytechnic and specialised in real estate finance at SDA Bocconi.
Roberto Mastrorosa

He joined Prelios SGR in 2015 as Director Corporate & Legal Affairs and Secretary of the Board of Directors, positions he also currently holds.
He started his professional career as a lawyer in 2002 in the law firm Gianni & Origoni, specialising in Real Estate, Corporate, M&A and Regulatory practices.
In 2007 he started his professional career as in-house counsel at BNP REIM SGR p.A., assuming the role of Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs in 2009.
In 2011 he assumed the position of Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Fabrica SGR S.p.A.
He holds a degree in Law from the University of Bari Commerciale and a Master's Degree in EU Competition and International Contracts Law from ISPI - Istituto Superiore di Politica Internazionale / Università degli Studi Milano Bicocca

In Prelios SGR since 2011. He currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Administration, Finance & Control with responsibilities in the areas of planning and control processes, financing management and definition of the SGR's annual financial statements and the management reports of the managed AIFs.
He joined the Prelios group in 2005 as administrative manager of the financial statements of subsidiaries operating in the real estate sector, holding positions of increasing responsibility. In 2011 he moved to Prelios SGR assuming the role of Head of Administration & Treasury.
He began his professional career in 2004 at Ernst & Young where he served for about 2 years as auditor of companies mainly in the industrial sector.
He holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Administration and Control from Università Commerciale L. Bocconi.
