Altea SPV S.r.l.
On the 1st June 2022, with legal effect as of 20th June 2022, UniCredit S.p.A., as transferor, and Altea SPV S.r.l., as transferee, signed a contract for the transfer of non-performing loans to pursuant to articles 1, 4 and 7.1 of the Law of 30 April 1999, n. 130. Following a transfer notice in the Official Gazette (Part II) no. 138 of 23 November 2019, as subsequently amended, the transferee gave notice of the aforementioned sale.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 7.1, paragraph 6, of the Law of 30 April 1999, no. 130, the following indicative data of the credits being transferred are shown below: transferring bank, debtor's NDG code, debtor's Super NDG code and credit report number assigned at the date of assignment, together with further indicative data of the assigned credits.
The indicative data of the transferred credits will remain published on this page at least until the date of extinction of the transferred credits.
The assigned debtors interested in receiving confirmation, from the transferee, of the transfer of their credit, may send a specific written request to the e-mail address: alteaspv.ri@actaliscertymail.it

Kerma SPV S.r.l.
On 25 November 2019, Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. and Banca IMI S.p.A., acting as transferors, on the one hand, and Kerma SPV S.r.l., as a transferee, on the other hand, have signed a transfer agreement related to the sale of certain loans pursuant to Articles 1, 4 and 7.1 of the Law n. 130 of April 30, 1999.
By a notice published in the Italian Official Gazette (Gazzetta Ufficiale) (Part II) No. 138 of 23 November 2019, as subsequently rectified, the transferee gave notice of the above transfer.
Pursuant to Article 7.1, paragraph 6, of the of the Law n. 130 of April 30, 1999, the transferee hereby report the following data: the transferor bank, the debtor's NDG code, the debtor's Super NDG code and the credit report number handed over on the transfer date, together with additional indicative data of the outstanding loans.
The indicative data of the transferred loans will remain published on this page at least until the loan extinguishment date.
Borrowers, who are interested in receiving confirmation from the transferee that their credit has been transferred, shall send a written request to the e-mail address: kermaspv@prelios.com
Limited recourse loan
In the context of the above-described transaction, Kerma SPV S.r.l. has granted Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. a limited recourse loan pursuant to art. 7, paragraph 1, subparagraph a) of the Italian Law n.130/1999, through an agreement executed on November 22nd, 2019 and in force as from November 25th 2019.
This limited recourse loan is granted based on the receivables arising from current account contracts, credit line contracts (aperture di credito regolate in conto corrente) and advance contracts (anticipi effetti su conto corrente), for which the committed amount can still be drawn down and such amount can be restored with subsequent deposits; the above article 7 paragraph 1 loan is secured by such receivables.
