Forgione has been working at Prelios since May 2016, curently she is Senior Vice President Full Appraisals.
She is responsible for the coordination and supervision of all real estate consultancy activities relating to full appraisals, aimed at various types of clients: private and institutional clients, speculative investors/ developers, credit and insurance institutions, companies, and public and private entities.
Since March 2017, Forgione has been a member of the Board of Directors of Prelios Valuations.
Since 2010, she has taught on the Real Estate Management Master's (RICS-certified) course, Department of Architecture and Industrial Design, Polytechnic of Milan.
Since 2010, she has been a member of RICS (MRICS), membership no. 119164.
Since 2007, she has been a member of the Ordine degli Architetti, Pianificatori, Paesaggisti e Conservatori della provincia di Milano (the Order of Architects PPC of the province of Milan), Section A, membership no. 15683.
From 2006 to 2015, she acted as Associate Director in the Advisory & Valuations Department of the DTZ International Limited Group.
From 2004 to 2006, she worked as a Valuator in the Valuations Department of the company Patrigest S.p.A.

He has worked for over 15 years in the real estate sector with positions of responsibility such as Central-South acquisition manager in Pirelli Re Agency S.p.a., B.U. Technical Manager NPL in Pirelli RE Credit Servicing S.p.A., and Head of Loan Services in Prelios Valuations & e-Services S.p.A.. He currently holds the position of Project leader in Prelios Valuations & e-Services S.p.A. managing internal staff and external consultants for real estate assets as collateral of retail and corporate loans for leading clients.
Alessandro Pellegrini
Loan Services Milano
He joined Prelios in 2001 and is currently Project Leader in the NPL sector and supervisor of the Loan projects. Previously he worked in new contract start-ups (client management and IT development support), management and control of Retail, Corporate, Leasing analyses (including analyses on the Assilea platform) and update analyses in relation to the Basel Accords. He has expertise in real estate due diligence, analyses and oversight of technical/construction, town planning and land register questions. He studied at the ITG institute in Milan and is a qualified surveyor.
