Milan, 10 July 2013 – Prelios S.p.A. informs that, partially amending the communication dated 30 January 2013, the Board Meeting to examine the Half-Yaer Report at 30 June 2013 is to be held in the time interval between 26 – 29 August (and not 24 July 2013). The Company will promptly notify the date for the aforesaid Board meeting as soon as it is scheduled and any changes to the corporate events calendar.
