Milan, 13 April 2015 – Prelios S.p.A. informs that, partially amending the previous communication dated 05 November 2014, the Shareholders’ Meeting for approval, among other things, of the Company financial statements at 31 December 2014, is to be held on single call in time frame between 08 – 30 June 2015 (and not in time frame between 08 April - 13 May 2015).
