Prelios Agency (Prelios Group), a real estate advisory and brokerage specialist, has assisted Sperlari, a company in the Katjes International Group, the world leader in confectionery, in its search for new headquarters in Milan.
After Prelios Agency was selected as exclusive advisor on the search for the new premises, careful scouting began of the properties available in the city's business center, leading to identification of a high-profile office building in Piazza del Duomo. The final choice is a partially restructured location with a surface area of 670 sq.m.
