In relation to a few articles published in the media on today’s date regarding the decision made by the Antitrust Authority on property contracts, Prelios Agency informs that it has positively learnt from the resolution made by the Competition Authority published on 28 July 2014, that the amendments to the contracts made by the new Company’s management have eliminated the vexatious nature of some clauses included in the contract forms previously used.
As a result of the request made by the Authority, Prelios Agency shall therefore publish the resolution on the website home page at www.preliosagency.com within 20 days after receipt of the relevant communication
