A non-recourse financing contract worth 151 million Euro was stipulated today in favour of Orione, a company managed by Pirelli & C. Real Estate, which also holds an equity participation, in line with its usual business model. Credit Agricole Indosuez and Société Générale are to act as joint arrangers and lenders.
The company is currently finalising the acquisition of real estate assets, mostly residential, and located mainly in Milan and Naples, with an overall value of approximately 200 million Euro.
