CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR 2013

Milan, 30 January 2013 – Prelios S.p.A. provides the calendar of the corporate events for 2013, indicating the dates (or time intervals) scheduled for the meetings of the competent corporate bodies for the approval of the accounting documents.

• 8 – 20 February 2013: Board Meeting to examine the separate and consolidated draft Financial Statements at 31 December 2012.
• 25 March – 5 April 2013: Shareholders’ Meeting to approve 2012 Financial Statements (on single call).
• 7 May 2013: Board Meeting to examine the Interim Report at 31 March 2013.
• 24 July 2013: Board Meeting to examine the Half-Yaer Report at 30 June 2013.
• 4 November 2013: Board Meeting to examine the Interim Report at 30 September 2013.

With regard to time intervals, the Company reserves to communicate the exact dates as soon as they are fixed, as well as any change to the calendar, also in view of the progress of the extraordinary transaction for the capital increase and financial re-organization as well as industrial relaunch of the Group, as already disclosed to the market.
