In relation to what is reported today in the newspaper MF - Milano Finanza in the article "Tempi stretti per Uccmb: domenica scade l'esclusiva", the Company clarifies that, as disclosed in the press release issued on 05 November 2014, according to the collaboration agreement with Fortress Group for the acquisition of UCCMB and a npl portfolio managed by the latter, Prelios has exclusively the role of operating partner, and therefore without any own equity commitment, while the role of Investor is covered solely by Fortress.
