"Interest of foreign investors in the Italian market is very strong; however, there are still two significant problems: the first is that our country does not generate a good real estate product; the second problem is represented by the existing rules that from 2010 have penalized foreign investors who hold more than 5% of Italian funds ", said Massimo Caputi, Deputy Chairman of Prelios, interviewed by Il Quotidiano Immobiliare, during Expo Real, in Munich. He added later about Prelios situation: "We are growing in the services sector both in Italy and in Germany, leaving the nature of property company that so many pains caused us in the past."
