30 June 2014 – including the condensed consolidated half-year report, the Directors’ half-year report, the attestation pursuant to art.154-bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree n. 58 of 24 February 1998 and subsequent amendments and supplements as well as the independent auditors’ report - has been filed with the Company’s offices in Milan, Viale Piero e Alberto Pirelli n. 27 and published on the Company’s website at www.prelios.com,
The same documents are also available at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the Information Portal at www.1info.it.
It should be noted that the Independent Auditors reported a positive opinion and no exceptions, making reference to the disclosures in the half-year report and in the explanatory notes to the condensed consolidated half-year report with regard to the conditions underlying business continuity.
The report issued by the independent auditor Reconta Ernst & Young S.p.A. on the condensed consolidated half-year report at 30 June 2014 is attached hereto.
