Prelios Sgr: Preliminary Agreement Signed for the Sale of 6 Properties to Ardian Real Estate

Milan, 16 February 2017 - Cloe Fondo Uffici, a reserved real estate AIF established in 2004 and specialized in the service-office sector, managed by Prelios SGR S.p.A., entered into a preliminary purchase agreement for the sale of a property portfolio with Ardian Real Estate, an independent private equity investment company.

The property portfolio object of the preliminary agreement consists of 6 office buildings with a gross surface area of 91,000 square metres. Among these, three assets are located in Milan: Corso Italia 13, Via Washington 70, Strada 4, Palazzo A, Assago; two are located in Rome: Via Colombo 80, Via V. Veneto 89; and one building, the smallest of the six properties, is located in the province of Bari.

Cloe Fondo Uffici has a property portfolio consisting of properties for office use located in major Italian cities and has, among its subscribers, national and international institutional investors of high standing.
