Prelios Integra, the Prelios Group company that manages properties for large public and private real estate players, is the leader in Property Management in Italy with more than 8 million square meters of assets under management.
This is confirmed by the sixth edition of the “Report on property services in Europe and Italy” published by Scenari Immobiliari. “A high-profile, quality-based interdisciplinary approach is the driver that should inspire industry players, clients and users,” said Prelios Integra CEO Nicolò Tarantino (in the photo with Scenari Immobiliari General Manager Francesca Zirnstein). “In a constantly evolving sector requiring more than the simple supply of traditional services, partnership with clients and service users is of key strategic importance.” The outright leader among Italian property management companies in terms of surface area managed, with 8,256,000 square meters as shown in the report on property services (led by Offices with 1.38 million sq.m, practically on a par with the 1.35 million sq.m managed by Prelios Integra in Logistics), Prelios Integra comes almost two million sq.m ahead of the provider ranked in second place – BNP Paribas RE with 6,544,000 sq.m – and three million ahead of the third name in the top ten, Revalo, with 5,597,000 sq.m. “You have to keep ahead of industry trends to be able to respond to all requirements and operate in the new scenario,” said Nicolò Tarantino, speaking at the presentation of the Report on Wednesday November 4. “From this point of view, our Group has already implemented intensive training and optimization activities for its resources, and has invested significantly in the development of new technologies.”
