The CEO of Prelios SGR discusses the trend of Italian real estate SGRs to rationalization and aggregation. According to Paolo Scordino, Prelios SGR will participate in the process though, he points out, "there are many complexities" in acquisitions. As for a possible transformation of the company in SIIQ (REIT), he explains that this kind of companies are considered a marketing opportunity, as substitute for real estate listed funds, but not for an asset management company specialized in the real estate.
