Olinda Fondo Shops, a seeded real estate mutual fund managed by Pirelli RE SGR and listed on the Italian Stock Exchange since December 2004, has sold a property in Rome. Located at Via del Corso between Via dell'Umiltà and Piazza San Marcello, the building was sold to private parties for €110,100,000. The sale has generated a gross capital gain of €32,925,060.
