Fondazione TOG Together to Go is another important organization the Prelios Group is supporting for Christmas 2021. Established in 2011, the foundation is based in Viale Famagosta 75 in Milan, where it has set up a Center of Excellence specializing in the rehabilitation of children affected by complex neurological pathologies, in particular cerebral palsy and genetic disorders that cause mental retardation. The neurocognitive rehabilitation TOG provides for children affected by lesions to the central nervous system is designed to stimulate the development of their personality and enhance their capabilities, despite the complexity of the disorder.
As a private center set up on a no-profit basis that offers treatment free of charge, the assistance provided by TOG flanks Italy's national health system. Every child follows a personalized rehabilitation course, organized to meet the requirements of their daily life.
The Together to Go foundation is housed in a location of more than 2,000 square meters. The TOG Health Center occupies most of the space, with 15 motor, communication and cognitive rehabilitation rooms. In addition, a laboratory equipped with latest-generation 3D printers develops innovative solutions for the needs of the children receiving treatment: chairs, orthopedic braces and other 3D-printed therapeutic aids. The foundation provides free treatment for more than one hundred children and adolescents affected by severe neurological disorders, giving them real hope of a better quality of life.
