Milan, 16 June 2014 – The Company informs that, in relation to the Shareholders’ Meeting of Prelios S.p.A., to be held next 19 June 2014, with reference to the third item on the agenda (measures pursuant to article 2364, par. 1, No. 2, of the Italian Civil Code and inherent and consequent resolutions), the shareholder Camfin – while giving confirmation of the number of Board members in 15 – submitted the candidacy of Lawyer Mirja Cartia D’Asero to new Company’s director.
With a degree in law obtained from the University of Catania, Lawyer Mirja Cartia D'Asero has been working since 2008 in Lehman Brothers’ administration as person of reference for Price WaterhouseCoopers (PWC) for the management and disposal of the bank’s real estate assets in Italy. In 2005 she joined Lehman Brothers as member of the Global Real Estate Group team for equity, mezzanine, senior debt, syndication origination and management. Prior to this, she worked as lawyer at Allen & Overy, Clifford Chance and Pavia e Ansaldo law firms, providing legal assistance in important Italian and international financial transactions.
Today, Lawyer Mirja Cartia D'Asero is also Chairman of Calimmaco Finance S.r.l. and CEO of Calliope Finance as well as Advisory Board member in some reserved real estate funds.
