Prelios Agency, a Prelios Group company specialized in real estate advisory and intermediation, has assisted one of the most important global infrastructure players on the selection of its new headquarters in Milan.
The property, owned by the Tarvos Fund managed by Castello SGR, is the Palazzo L building of the Centro Direzionale Milanofiori building complex. The complex, which houses other multinational companies, is served by the Assago Forum M2 subway station and is situated in a strategic location on the intersection between the Milan West Orbital and the Milan-Genoa tollroad.
The building will be refurbished following the guidelines of the project agreed with the tenant. The offices cover a surface area of 8,000 square meters and will be operational by the summer of 2021, once the personalization work for the tenant has been completed.
