Text on Privacy by Legislative Decree no. 196/2003

As provided by Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the Company, as data controller (hereinafter “Data Controller”), in the person of its pro tempore representative to which this matter has been delegated by the Board of Directors, wishes to inform you of the following.

The Data Controller may use your data, and may even disclose it to third parties, in order to meet your requests and to perform the service or the work requested, and also to provide you with any further related services.

You are not obliged to provide your data but if you refuse to do so the Data Controller may be unable to carry out your requests.

In particular, the Data Controller handles your data in compliance with legislative obligations, guaranteeing full observance of the legal, contractual and regulatory provisions. The data will be recorded and processed in paper and electronic form, by applying logics that are strictly related to the purposes stated above and, in any case, so as to guarantee data security and confidentiality.

The Data Controller handles and processes your personal data both directly and with the assistance of other subjects acting in the capacity of Data Processors, whether internal or external to the Data Controller’s structure, or in the capacity of appointees.

In any case your data will not be circulated.

According to Article 7 of the aforesaid decree you are entitled to exercise specific rights. In particular, you are entitled to receive confirmation as to whether or not your personal data exists, even if it has not yet been recorded, and that said data is made available in intelligible form. You may also request to be informed of the source of the data, the logic applied, the purposes and the procedures by which the data is handled and the identification details of the Data Controller, the Data Processor, the Representative in State territory and the subjects/categories to which the data may be disclosed or which may acquire knowledge of the data in their capacity as appointed representative in the State, Processors or Appointees. You may obtain deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data handled in breach of the law and also updating, correction or, if you so wish, integration of the data. You may also obtain certification that said operations have been brought to the notice of those to whom the data has been disclosed. You may also oppose the handling for legitimate reasons.

Data subjects may apply to  Prelios S.p.A., e-mail: privacy@prelios.com, which may be contacted at any time, in order to:
- receive an updated list of data processors;
- receive full explanations on the operations described;
- exercise the rights set forth in Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
