Prelios: new HQ, new Group

Official opening of the Prelios Group's new offices in Via Valtellina 15/17, Milan. Chairman Fabrizio Palenzona and CEO Riccardo Serrini, together with all the Group managers, greeted the many guests who attended the opening. Dignitaries included the Chairman of the Lombardy Regional Authority, Attilio Fontana, the Mayor of Milan, Giuseppe Sala, and the Milan Municipal Councilor for Town Planning, Parks & Agriculture, Pierfrancesco Maran. Guests also included senior bankers, top clients, partners, and a strong turnout from the business and trade press.

The new Prelios offices – from a project designed by Milanese architect Dante O. Benini – have a surface area of 6,000 square meters, a volume of 20,000 cubic meters, and house 400 workstations as well as boardrooms, informal meeting rooms and phone booths for a total of 140 places. The new Group HQ (consisting of two 7-storey buildings linked by glass bridges) was re-designed to create a fully "smart working" location with the internal resources of the Prelios Integra Business Unit, Italy's leading provider of property management and project management services, based on the Group HR philosophy and with close support from Prelios’ IT division.
