The Board of Directors of Prelios SGR S.p.A. (the “SGR”), meeting on today’s date, approved the final liquidation statement of the alternative investment fund “Tecla - Fondo Uffici” (the "Fund"), in line with the terms set out in the relevant management regulations, resolving on a final redemption of Euro 14.5 million, equivalent to Euro 22.49 per unit The money will be paid on 21 March 2018 via Monte Titolo S.p.A.
