Milan, 15 September 2016 – The Board of Directors of Prelios SGR, that held its meeting on today’s date, resolved - by virtue of disposals made on 5 August - upon a pro quota partial reimbursement for a total value of Euro 5.0 million, equal to Euro 7.73 per unit.
The units of Tecla - Fondo Uffici will trade ex coupon as of 26 September 2016 and payment will be made with value date 28 September 2016, through the intermediaries participating in the centralized management system at Monte Titoli S.p.A..
70.8% of the Fund real estate assets on contribution value have been disposed from placement date.
Following such partial reimbursement, the proceeds paid out and pro quota partial reimbursements made by the Fund from placement date will amount to Euro 625.54 per unit, equal to 123.9% of the equity initially paid in by investors.
