Paolo Scordino, CEO of Prelios Sgr, interviewed by Monitor Immobiliare Web TV at the presentation of the "25th report on the Real Estate Funds in Italy and abroad", promoted by Scenari Immobiliari, held in Rome on November 26, 2014, addresses some current issues of the real estate market: current trends, the need, for a positive development of the real estate product, to be selective in choosing real estate assets, as well as to create value by aligning the interests of the manager with investors’ ones. The CEO of Prelios Sgr also speaks about the relationship with foreign institutional investors and the ways in which they overlook the Italian real estate market, as well as Italian institutional investors, i.e. Insurance companies and Social Security institutions.
