Massimo Caputi, deputy chairman of Prelios and vice-chairman of Assoimmobiliare, speaking as representative of Italy at the opening conference of the Expo Real in Munich, one of the largest real estate exhibition in Europe, recalled how in Germany in the first six months of 2014 there have been investments in real estate for € 22 billion, almost all from foreign investors, compared with just € 1 billion invested in Italy, calling on the Italian government to reflect seriously on the situation of foreign investment in our country.
