Milan, 19 February 2013 – Prelios S.p.A. informs that, partially amending the communication dated 30 January 2013, the time interval in which the Board of Directors’ meeting is to be held for the approval of the separate and consolidated draft Financial Statements at 31 December 2012 is 28 February - 29 March (and not 8 – 20 February 2013).The Company will promptly notify the date for the aforesaid Board meeting as soon as it is scheduled and any changes to the corporate events calendar, also in view of the developmentsof the extraordinary transaction for the capital increase and financial re-organisation as well as industrial re-launch of the Group, as already disclosed to the market.
