Milan, 21 March 2014 – Prelios S.p.A. informs that, differently from the announcement made on 7 February 2014, the Board Meeting for the review of the consolidated and separate draft Financial Statements at 31 December 2013 will be held on 9 April 2014 (and not on 25 March 2014).
The adjournment has been required in relation to the completion of some procedures and valuations regarding the drafting of the Financial Statements, also considering some activities that the Company is still carrying out.
