Milan, 29 May 2014 – Prelios S.p.A. informs that, in replacement of the previous communication, the Board of Directors for the final examination and approval of the new 2014-2016 Business Plan will be held on 12 June 2014 (and not on 4 June 2014) in order to complete and finalize activities relating to the preparation of the aforementioned Plan.
