Milan, 08 January 2014 – Prelios announces that Piercarlo Rolando and Nicola Cardona joined the Group. Rolando has been appointed Head of Real Estate Services Business Development and Strategy of Prelios S.p.A., while Cardona is the new Head of Business Development of Prelios Integra, the Group company grouping integrated real estate services in Italy.
Graduated in Architecture at Politecnico di Torino University and specialized in Real Estate Asset Management with a master at Turin COREP and Milan SDA Bocconi, Piercarlo Rolando started working as free lance architect in 1989. In 1992 he joined the international group Reag (Real Estate Advisory Group) – American Appraisal, where in over twenty years he held increasingly important assignments until he was appointed General Manager and Deputy Managing Director coordinating the activity and the development of all the group business lines. Rolando was also CEO of Reag 4 Loans, a company he contributed to set up.
After working for CB Richard Ellis as area manager, Nicola Cardona joined Reag group in 2006, covering different roles over the years, including the role of general manager of the Engineering & Corporate Real Estate division from 2010. Moreover, in 2013 he was Chief Operating Officer of the EMEA area for the Reag Professional Services Area division.
For the management of the business, Piercarlo Rolando reports directly to Massimo Caputi, Prelios Group Deputy Chairman with business development powers, while Nicola Cardona reports to Andrea Boeri, CEO of Prelios Integra.
