Milan, October 29, 2019 – Prelios SGR S.p.A. said that Andrea Cornetti had resigned from the company Board of Directors and as General Manager, in order to pursue a new career opportunity.
At its meeting on October 24, after thanking Mr Cornetti for his work and expressing their best wishes for his future career, the Prelios SGR Board of Directors assigned the powers of Mr Cornetti’s former post to Sergio Cavallino, in order to guarantee operating continuity.
Sergio Cavallino, 44, joined Prelios in 2002. He will maintain his current position as Prelios Group Chief Financial Officer. During his career with the Group, he was Head of Operations & Finance at Prelios SGR S.p.A. from 2011 to 2016.
