Milan, 24 February 2014 – The Board of Directors of Prelios S.p.A., which held its meeting on today’s date, appointed Marco Andreasi as new Chief Financial Officer of the Company as well as new Financial Reporting Officer responsible for the drafting of the company accounting documents pursuant to article 154-bis of the Consolidated Finance Act.
Graduated in Business and Economics at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, Mr. Marco Andreasi lately held the office of CFO in Maire Tecnimont Group. In the past, he covered management roles in leading industrial groups, including Techint S.p.A. and Edison S.p.A..
Elena Capra, who held the above offices in the last few months, will cover other key roles within the Prelios Group.
