Milan, 24 July 2012 – In today's meeting, the Board of Directors of Prelios S.p.A. resolved to reschedule the Board meeting to approve the half-year financial report to 28 August 2012 with respect to the originally envisaged date of 25 July 2012.
This decision was taken also in the light of the need to evaluate the progress made with the expressions of interest received by the Company regarding the enhancement of company assets or possible industrial partnerships.
