THE DATE OF THE BOD’S MEETING TO EXAMINE THE RESULTS AT SEPTEMBER 30TH,2011 HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO NOVEMBER 11TH
RICCARDO TARANTO WILL BE THE COMPANY’S NEW CFO AND HIS CANDIDACY ASFINANCIAL REPORTING OFFICER WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE BOD
Prelios S.p.A. advises that the date of the Board of Directors’meeting to examine the interim management statement at September 30th, 2011 has beenchanged from the originally scheduled date of November 2nd to Friday, November 11th, 2011.
Also on that date Riccardo Taranto, who will become the Chief Financial Officer of PreliosS.p.A., will be proposed to the Board of Directors as the new Financial Reporting Officer.
Mr. Taranto, who holds a degree in Business Economics from Milan’s Bocconi University,comes from Telecom Italia where he most recently acted as Group Compliance Officer. In thesame Group he held different managerial positions in administration and control, including thoseof Group Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Taranto has thirty years of experience inadministration, finance and control having worked previously for Honeywell, Alivar, Roche, PirelliCavi e Sistemi, and Cisco Systems.
The Company would like to thank Gerardo Benuzzi who, after a 14 year career in the real estatesector, is leaving the Group to take up new professional opportunities.
