Prelios Agency, the Prelios Group company specialized in real estate advisory and brokerage services, acted as advisor to help Dimension Data S.p.A., a leading information technology and communication company, find new headquarters in Milan.
In its role as advisor, Prelios Agency helped Dimension Data analyze requirements and availability on the market and, subsequently, finalize the lease on an area in the Segreen Business Park in Segrate (Milan). The business park is an innovative and efficient location with LEED certification, and already houses a number of other important multinationals. The premises leased by Dimension Data, with a surface of approximately 2,500 square meters, will be operational by the end of the year, once personalization work has been completed.

The Segreen Business Park in Segrate is owned by the ER Office Fund 3 managed by Europa Risorse SGR S.p.A., winner of the 2013 ReBuild award for the best sustainable redevelopment project. It consists of three main buildings for a total surface area of approximately 30,000 square meters of office space.
Designed in accordance with the top international standards based on an analysis of leading-edge work methods, the Segreen Business Park has obtained “Gold” and “Platinum” LEED certification.
