PIRELLI RE: VARIATION IN CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR

Milan, 15 April 2009 - Pirelli RE & C. SpA communicates that the Board of Directors' meeting for review of the interim financial report as of 31 March 2009 will be held on Monday 20 April 2009, and not on 6 May as previously announced.
