Milano, 1 April 2015 – Prelios S.p.A. informs that Dr. Claudia Bugno, non-executive and independent director, resigned from her office as Company Board Member, due to supervening professional commitments that do not allow her to continue in her role.
Dr. Claudia Bugno wasn’t member of any Internal Committee and, upon her resignation, does not own any shares of the Company.
