Milan, 24 april 2014 – Prelios SGR informs that, differently from what it was previously disclosed with regard to the 2014 corporate events calendar, the Board meeting scheduled for 30 April 2014 will be held on 29 April 2014, to resolve, inter alia, upon Tecla and Olinda Funds Interim Reports at 31/03/2014 (drafted pursuant to art. 103, third paragraph, and subsequent amendments of Consob Regulation n. 11971/1999).
