IN 3Q2015 THE VALUE OF THE UNIT ON THE MARKET GREW BY 14.65%, NET OF THE REPAYMENT TOTALLING EURO 10 M, MADE ON 19 AUGUST 2015
Milan, 29 October 2015 – The Board of Directors of Prelios SGR, on today's date, approved the interim report as at 30 September 2015 of Tecla Fondo Uffici.
In the quarter under review the Fund did not finalise any purchase transaction; however, it should be noted that advanced negotiations are underway with a leading international operator for the bulk purchase of the five residual control units owned by the Fund.
In 3Q2015 the following lease agreements were finalised:
- Ivrea, via Jervis 9: approx. 9,330 sqm for office space.
- Vimodrone, via Delle Industrie 11: portion for office space.
- Pozzuoli, via Campi Flegrei 34: portion for warehouse space.
As anticipated in the press release of 28 July 2015, the Board of Directors of Prelios SGR resolved to make an additional partial repayment of the units for an amount of Euro 10.0 million (equal to Euro 15.47 per unit) in favour of the Fund's unit-holders, following the disposals made in June. This repayment was made with the payment date of 19 August 2015.
The Fund made so far repayments of units and distributions of income totalling 122% of the capital subscribed at the time of the placement.
