The Prelios Group recently launched a key initiative, the Responsible Time and Priority Management training course for all its employees. With this initiative, Prelios intends to increase the ability of the Group, as well as individuals, to manage time in the office, tackling areas such as the difference between urgent and important tasks, the management of meetings, issues relating to delegation, working towards goals, and self-evaluation based on the results achieved.
