During this webinar, recorded as part of a university course in "Real Estate Management & Finance" promoted by “Università Telematica Pegaso” in cooperation with Assoimmobiliare, Massimo Caputi, Executive Deputy Chairman of Prelios, speaks about NPLs as one of the key themes in the real estate finance for the coming years, not only because of the enormous amount of them in our Country, a total amount of some € 170 bln, but also the recent transactions by which some banks have decided to sell the platforms that manage NPLs, deals in which Prelios is involved too. The purpose that the banks are pursuing is accelerating the recovery of the loans, processing, however, different solutions. Some banks, in fact, preferred to create internal structures dedicated to the management of NPLs.
