The Board of Directors of Prelios SGR, meeting on today's date, approved the interim report as at 31 March 2017 of Tecla Fondo Uffici.
In the quarter under review, the Fund did not finalise any transactions. It should be noted, however, that the activities to transfer the remaining property portfolio and, in particular, the negotiations with two potential buyers in order to maximize the price for the disposal are ongoing.
The interim report of Tecla Fondo Uffici will be available to the public at the offices of Prelios SGR, Borsa Italiana, the Custodian Bank State Street Bank International GmbH - Italy branch and on the website www.fondotecla.com.
