Milan, 02 August 2017 –Prelios Integra S.p.A., the leading provider of real estate services in Italy, part of the Prelios Group, has been given an advisory mandate for due diligence by AEW.
The due diligence team of Prelios Integra, led by Daniela Marta, has assisted and supported AEW in the technical due diligence for the recent acquisition of the retail space located in Milan in Via Torino 22, which will host the new Muji store.
