Milan, 30 May 2017 – Prelios Integra has been appointed by CDP Investimenti SGR, the real estate asset management company of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti group, to carry out the Project Management services for the redevelopment project of the real estate complex of the former "Colleoni Barracks" in Bergamo.
The building complex is part of a structured urban redevelopment project under the Strategic Area called “AS1 - Polo dell’Arte, della Cultura e del Tempo Libero” as defined by the current Local Zoning Plan (Piano di Governo del territorio). The project includes the recovery and development of the former “Colleoni Barracks” by redeveloping the buildings, on a total area of approximately 6,000 sq.m..
Thanks to this project, whose scope is primarily to create sales areas and offices, the static and functional aspects of some of the existing buildings will be recovered, some of the less important buildings will be demolished and new buildings will be constructed to complete the existing building complex. The courtyards of the complex will be used as public parks, linked to the neighbouring park system through cycle-pedestrian paths.
The project will improve the asset with a project worth 26 million euro that will be completed over three years.
