Prelios Immobilien Management, the real estate services platform of Prelios Group operating in Germany in the commercial sector, will be present at the next Expo Real, the international real estate exhibition, considered the largest B2B event in Europe, to be held from 4 to 6 October in Munich.
An important showcase for the main player in Germany with 2 billion euros of assets under management, 1 million sqm of spaces under management, and a total volume of transactions managed in recent years of 3.6 billion euros.
