The Prelios Group will be present at RE Italy Convention Days 2018 (http://www.reitaly.it/), the leading Italian Real Estate convention, to be held on June 5-6 at Borsa Italiana in Palazzo Mezzanotte.
Alessandro Natoli, Business Development & Head of Due Diligence and Urban Planning at Prelios Integra, will take a leading role on Tuesday June 5 at 2 p.m. in the session on the hotel and tourism sector entitled: "Hotel: new destinations, new market models, re-development of existing assets” during which he will present the new real estate development for FICO Eataly World, the "4 star plus" Hotel to be realized inside the park.
On Wednesday June 6 at 2 p.m., Luke Brucato, Head of Business Development at Prelios Valuations, will present a paper at the round table entitled: "Property valuations", for an update on advances in real estate valuation for banks and corporations, the influence of big data, advanced analytics and property technology.
