The Prelios Group is attending the 2018 RE Italy Winter Forum (http://www.reitaly.it/), the major Italian real estate convention held on Thursday 25 January in Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan, the headquarters of the Italian Stock Exchange. Nicolò Tarantino, CEO of Prelios Integra, will lead the session at 11:30 a.m. on the theme of real estate services entitled “Services for real estate”. Then at 2:30 p.m., General Manager of the Prelios Group and CEO of Prelios Credit Servicing Riccardo Serrini will make a guest appearance at “NPL: what’s new in 2018”, a meeting discussing non-performing loans. At 3:30 p.m., Maria Pia Forgione, Head of Full Appraisals at Prelios Valuations, will be one of the speakers at "Market forecasts, comments from analysts", a session on the theme of real estate market forecasts.
The forum is an opportunity for executives and top managers from the sector to meet, share ideas and provide updates, in order to devise future strategies.
