Prelios Agency, a Prelios Group company specializing in property advisory and brokerage services, has received an exclusive mandate from Polis Fondi SGR S.p.A. to lease the vacant premises in an office building located in Milan, in Via Romagnoli 6.
The available spaces comprise the entire third floor and two portions of the fifth and sixth floors, for an overall surface area of approximately 3,000 square meters. The building in question was recently refurbished and is located in a semi-central area of south-west Milan.
With the new contract, Prelios Agency continues to consolidate its position as a property advisory for national and international clients.
